Who we work with

For companies
already in motion.

Ellory Prism works with a small number of the people who run companies: founders, owners, and those who have stepped into running one. Established businesses with real revenue, real complexity, and leadership ready to act on what the numbers say.

You may be a fit if

The business is moving. The picture is not.

I.

You have traction, but limited visibility

The most common place to start

The business is moving, but you lack a clear, current picture of what is working and what is not.

II.

Decisions feel harder than they should

Too little information, or too long gathering it

You are making calls without the right numbers in front of you, or spending too long assembling them.

III.

You are growing into complexity

More revenue, more team, more moving parts

The informal systems that worked before no longer serve you, and the cost of that shows up quietly.

IV.

You want a trusted outside perspective

Someone who will tell you what they see

A firm that understands your business deeply and says so plainly, in writing, on a rhythm you can keep.

V.

You value clarity over activity

The right signal at the right moment

You are not looking for more dashboards or more meetings. You are looking for the five numbers that run the business, and what to do about them.

A good fit, and a less likely one

We are selective, by design.

A good fit looks like

  • •An established company with real revenue
  • •A founder, owner or leader ready to act on what the numbers show
  • •Openness to an outside perspective
  • •A preference for substance over ceremony

Less likely a fit

  • •Pre-revenue or early-stage companies
  • •Basic bookkeeping or tax services
  • •A one-time report with no follow-through
  • •Not ready to engage with what the data shows
Common questions

Asked often, answered plainly.

What kinds of companies do you work with?

Established companies with real revenue and operational complexity, run by a founder, an owner, or someone who has stepped into running one: service businesses, product businesses, and the practices and trades in between. We are not the right fit for early-stage or pre-revenue companies.

What does an engagement look like?

Every engagement is structured around your specific business. We begin with a review of how you currently operate and how decisions are made, then agree in writing what we would do, what it costs, what it should return, and how we will measure it. The work runs on a rhythm you can keep, and we check it at ninety days.

Do you offer an initial conversation?

Yes. The first conversation is complimentary: an hour on how the business runs, where the time and money go, and whether there is a strong fit. No obligation, no deck.

Do you build AI systems outside of finance?

Yes. We build custom systems for any part of a business, from an internal storefront for employees to an assistant on your own documents to workflow and inventory automation. Every build starts as a financial decision with a one-page business case, is checked thirty days after it goes live, and comes with hands-on training for the people who use it.

Do you offer AI training?

Yes. We train leaders and teams by role, and every system we build includes training. Sessions start with what changes in the numbers you are responsible for, then the tools, then the judgment to use them well.

Are you an accounting or tax firm?

No. We are a strategy firm that began in finance. We do not keep books or file returns; we plan from the records a company already keeps. Nothing we provide is financial, tax, legal or investment advice.

Selective by design

If this resonates,it is usually the right time.

A focused first hour about how the business runs, where the time and money go, and which of the three practices would change the most. No obligation, no deck.
