Where
we began.
Ellory Prism grew out of years inside enterprise finance: planning cycles, forecasts due by Monday, budget lines that became decisions about people. What we kept is a discipline, not a spreadsheet: assumptions written down, ranges instead of promises, the same figures read the same way by everyone who decides.
Then the tools changed, and most businesses were sold them as magic. We put the discipline underneath instead.
A well-run company is not louder. It is calmer: a clear view of the money, systems that do the repetitive work quietly, and people who trust both because they understand them. That is what we build, in that order.
